- During the consultation we determine what an average week looks like, the Macros and overall calories required for each of the days.
- Weekly review of calories & marcos around each training session.
- Personal nutrition plan that changes each week to what you need depending on the training, when you need it and how much of it.
- This is a completely personal plan made for you.
- Regular contact, will respond to messages as soon as possible within reason.
- You track your food on My Fitness Pal then upload it to Training Peaks, I then review each week how things are going
- Your coach sets your training and I set the nutrition around it. However we can offer a combined package for both nutrition and coaching (discounted)
